The hotel is a nice comfy base for a christmas in Gruyeres. The apartment overlooks terrace and includes coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware. The breakfasts is enjoyable with plenty of food. The location is incredible, 10 minutes' walk to Chateau de Gruyeres.

Convenient Location 🌟
This place is in a great spot, super close to the Tibet Museum. Plus, it's a short distance from the castle in the old town, the charming old town area, and a restaurant next door.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was beautifully decorated with artistic details and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a good hot shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic town, with a lovely view from the window. But what really made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Chantal and Stephan. They were incredibly nice, welcoming, and made us feel like old friends. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
When it comes to breakfast selection, it would have been great to have more variety and options to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at Au Soleil De Gruyeres Chez Chantal. The host, Chantal, was friendly and helpful throughout our time there. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was cozy and charming, with beautiful views from the bedroom window. Chantal had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with everything we needed. The hospitality was exceptional, making us feel well taken care of. We can't wait to return and explore more of the region.
